        Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of Secretariat Members of NFAEE shall be held at VECC Kolkotta at 9.30 am on 4^th April 2009 to discuss the following agenda:

 

1       To approve the minutes of the General Council Meeting held at CAT Indore on 10^th & 11^th March 2008

2       To approve the Annual Report and the Audited Accounts and Balance Sheet with Auditor’s report.

3        To prepare the review report about the out come of the meeting held with the Department and to decide the future course of programme for the consideration of GC meeting.

4       To suggest the anomalies to be submitted to the National Anomaly committee at National Level and Department level for consideration of General Council meeting.

5       To propose the name of representative of the Federation to be represent in the  JCM National Council

6       Any other issues with the permission of Chair

 

All Secretariat Members are requested to attend the meeting without fail in time.
